Ingredients
2 egg yolks
salt and pepper
Steps
1. Whisks the egg yolks in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add a pinch of salt.
3. Slowly add a drop of oil to the mixture while whisking continuously until the eggs and the oil thickens and are blended together.
4. Keep adding oil and whisking until you get to half of the oil.
5. Add the vinegar or lemon juice into the mix and continue whisking.
6. Add the rest of the oil and continue to whisk.
7. Add the mustard.
8. Season with salt and pepper. Your egg mayonnaise is now ready to enjoy.
9. Put in a sterilized airtight jar and chill in the refrigerator.
